The Food Council consists of one student and one teacher representative from each class. Members of the council may vary from month to month, and representatives are expected to express the views of the whole class rather than individual opinions. The council meets before the beginning of each month to discuss the upcoming menu, except in months when this is not possible for any reason.

The council reviews the tentative menu prepared by the catering manager and may suggest alterations. These suggestions may be accepted provided there is no feasibility issue and they do not deviate from the school's nutrition policy. The finalised menu for the month is published on the school website.

This committee shall look into major cases of indiscipline within the school.
